A superb location with far reaching views from the rear garden directly across the Glaslyn Estuary and Tremadog Bay on Cardigan Bay opposite Portmeirion, the Italianate village. The cottage is located on the Caerffynnon Hall Estate with 26 acres of grounds to explore, including an 11th century hill fort where the mountains of Snowdonia slope down to the sea. The setting is breathtaking, with panoramic views.
This detached bungalow is well furnished and provides an excellent holiday home for exploring the west Wales coastline. Enjoy clean beaches, golf, horse riding, fishing, steam railways, Harlech Castle and Porthmadog.

Situated in the Snowdonia National Park, Ty-Gwyn is minutes from miles of unspoilt ‘blue flag’ beaches of the Cambrian coastline. The historic Welsh town of Harlech, with its magnificent castle, is just along the coast, as is the Victorian seaside resort of Barmouth a busy seaside resort with activities for younger children, including fun fair and donkey rides. Porthmadog is a 6 mile drive across the estuary passing the historic Ffestiniog Railway and the entrance to Portmeirion Village open 365 days
per year.

Wood burner in living/dining room (no fuel provided). Electric Heating and electricity included (surcharge of £40 per week Nov-Mar). Bed linen and towels including a travel cot. Large 32" TV, Video and small library. DVD and small library. CD player with radio. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Undercover decking area, complete with padded lazy deck chairs. Built-in brick BBQ. Parking (2 cars). No smoking please in the house at any time.
