Great care has been taken to ensure that the kitchen is perfect for self-catering. Whether you are preparing a simple breakfast or even the most elaborate meal, you’ll find everything you might need.
Living room
A roaring log burner (for use on cooler nights) and carefully co-ordinated furnishings create a homely atmosphere. Equipped with television, video/DVD and music system. Dining area with table and four chairs situated through archway, back door leading to rear garden/patio.
Bedrooms
Beds are made up on arrival with fresh linen, a bath towel and a face towel. The same quality feel is maintained in the bedrooms, with the added benefit of ample storage space. There are continental quilts with extra blankets, if needed. The cottage will comfortably sleep four adults and three children.
Master bedroom – double bed, views
Bedroom 2 – twin beds, views
Bedroom 3 – single bed & twin bunk beds
Bathroom
Attractive bathroom/wc with electric shower over the bath and wash basin.
Estate and gardens
Enclosed front and rear gardens. Rear garden/patio (furniture and BBQ) enjoys fantastic views over Dwyryd estuary and Portmerion. As our guests you are free to walk around and enjoy the 26 acre estate the cottage is situated within. A path through the woods leads to an 11th century fort with stunning views of the estuary and the harbour of Portmadog.

Welsh Tourist Board 4 star grading. Economy 7 storage heaters, 1 pet allowed by request, parking for 2 cars.
If you are staying for a fortnight we offer a linen change and a full 3 hour clean for £35 (by separate prior payment).
